Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the original purchase date for new items only. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange. The items eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be in all original packaging and proof of original receipt must be present. The customer will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs to return purchased item(s). All shipping costs are non-refundable.

GALERIE ITEMS
Our Galerie items comprise a collection of unique and custom pieces sourced from various vendors and locations worldwide. Since these items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot replace them and therefore do not process any returns. To ensure that these pieces are the right fit for you, please contact us about any specific items. We will be happy to provide more details upon request. The condition of our Galerie pieces often reflects their original state, and restoration is limited to cleaning. Further restoration or modifications by clients are at the customer's discretion after purchase.

Refund Policy
You will receive an email from our customer service regarding all the return instructions. Once your items have been received, they will be inspected. We will then notify you of your refund status. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within XX days.
